How long will my order take?
Orders are hand poured and processed in 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.95 on orders under $50. Shipping is free on all orders $50 and over.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. Free porch pickup is available in Johnstown, PA. Just select Pickup at checkout and we will email you the address and pickup details when your order is ready. We also offer free local delivery within Johnstown on orders $50 and over, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
How long do your candles burn?
It depends on the size and wax blend. As a guide, our 11 oz dessert candles burn about 40 to 50 hours, and our 10 oz coconut apricot candles about 50 to 60 hours. Burn time varies with care. See the tips below. Each product page lists the details for that specific candle.
How do I get the best burn?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar (about 2 to 3 hours) to prevent tunneling. Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each burn, and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
How strong are the scents?
Our candles are made to fill a room without being overpowering. Each product page lists the full scent profile, with top, middle, and base notes, so you know exactly what to expect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at info@beverlyscandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. You can choose a refund or a replacement, with no need to send the item back.
Can I return a candle?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost, and refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the item. Custom and personalized items, sale items, and opened or used items cannot be returned. We do not offer exchanges. For a different scent, place a new order and return the original if it qualifies.
How do wax melts work?
Break off one or two cubes from the clamshell and place them in a wax warmer. Each 3 oz clamshell has 6 cubes. When the scent fades, let the wax cool and harden, then pop it out and add a fresh cube.
How long do car diffusers last?
Our 8 ml car diffusers last up to about 30 days, depending on temperature and how often you refresh them. Tip the bottle briefly to wet the wooden lid again.
