Every order is hand-poured and processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We offer flat-rate and free shipping based on your order total:
- Standard Shipping — $4.95 on orders under $50
- Free Shipping — on all orders $50 and over
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Local Pickup (Johnstown, PA) Free local pickup is available on every order. Simply select Pickup at checkout, and we'll email you the pickup address and details as soon as your order is ready.
Local Delivery (Johnstown, PA) Free local delivery is available within Johnstown, PA on orders over $50. Local deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Delays Shipping times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays. Please note that we're unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they've been marked delivered by the carrier.
