Refund policy

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@beverlyscandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product. In the case an item arrives damaged, the customer can either request a refund or replacement for the damaged item. Buyer will not need to send back the item.

Returns

Unopened, unused candles in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@beverlyscandleco.com with your order number and reason for return. Customer pays return shipping.  Refund will be issued within 3–5 business days of the seller receiving the returned item.  

Non Returnable Items

Custom/personalized candles, sale items, or opened/used products cannot be returned.  

Exchanges

We only offer refunds. For replacements, place a new order.
